More custom options

Real wood blinds, custom drapery, sheer shades, valances and cornices vary too much by fabric and opening to give a useful range. We quote them during your free consultation.

A wide slider and a small bathroom window will price differently, even in the same material. These ranges are a starting point, not a quote. Installation, shipping, handling and applicable tariffs are separate line items.

A Whole-home Starting Point

What about 10 windows?

$1,750–$2,500

Estimated product total for ten standard 36-inch windows in one product line, with the volume discount applied.

Installation is additional. Oversized or specialty windows, motorization and premium lines raise the price.

More windows, more value

Planning a larger project?

Orders of 10 or more windows receive 10%–15% off the subtotal. Most whole-home projects qualify.

We measure each opening and show your product, discount and installation as separate lines in a written estimate.

Understand your quote

What changes the price?

Two treatments can look similar but use different materials, mechanisms and hardware. We walk through every option with you before you order.

Window size

The largest variable: bigger openings use more material and labor.

Specialty shapes

Arches, angles and oversized openings can add up to 50%.

Premium fabric

Designer fabrics add about 25%–30%, depending on the line.

Motorization

About $250–$400 per window for the product, plus installation.

Blackout lining

Adds around 20%.

Valance or cornice

A specialty finish adds around 20%.

Top-down / bottom-up

Adds around 15%.

Number of windows

Ten or more earn 10%–15% off the subtotal.

The brand and specific product line also matter. Combining several upgrades on one window can move the total substantially.
